Coach Monte Ross is one of the most successful division one coaches in college basketball. After winning multiple championships at the University of Delaware, both regular season & postseason, Coach Ross has taken the helm at North Carolina A&T State University Men's Basketball. In his new role, Coach Ross has already laid the groundwork to building another mid-major power house.
